Our Team
Arbor-Nomics Tree Service puts a lot of emphasis on professionalism and customer service. From the time you call us to request an estimate until our job is complete, you'll deal with a staff that's knowledgeable and customer focused.
Our employees are properly trained and insured and all of the work we do is overseen by our two principals, Barry Smith and Jennifer Perrone.
Key Staff Members
Barry Smith grew up in Kentucky which is a heavily forested state. His interest in trees started when a ranger came in to talk to his second grade class. "I was so impressed by him. I thought being a ranger was a really exciting job."
Barry now holds a Forestry degree from the University of Kentucky. He was a longtime Arbor-Nomics employee and now owns the company.
Barry is a hands-on owner and meets with many of the clients himself. He believes in tree preservation versus removal and respects the environment.
"I believe that trees help to maintain equilibrium in our environment and are very important to our survival."

Jennifer Perrone is a wildlife biologist and has a degree in Wildlife Biology Management from the University of Rhode Island. She is also a certified arborist. Jennifer was a park ranger in a state forest in Connecticut for several years and taught environmental education for Clemson University Extension.
"I'm so fascinated by the natural world around us because of its simplistic complexity."

Peggy Hopton is the Arbor-Nomics Tree Service Office Manager and Customer Service Representative. She has worked in customer service for many years and strives for professionalism, thoroughness and providing the best service possible to all Arbor-Nomics' Tree Service customers.
"Many tree care companies offer similar services, but it is the level of customer service and the professionalism that we provide to our customers that makes us unique."
Our two team leaders, Rigoberto Granados and Cristobal Vanegas, each have over ten years of experience in tree care and receive continuous industry training from the National Arborist Association Training Course and the International Society of Arboriculture Training.
